What I’m Tryin’…
My favorite brand of nail polish is Sinful Colors. I own soooo many shades. I love the price- usually $1.99 unless it’s on sale for $0.99.
Check out my newest shade, Mint Apple.
A couple of years ago, Mint was a very trendy nail color. I purchased a couple of brands but they all had a very chalky look to them. Sort of like a green french manicure. I didn’t care for that look so I didn’t use them much. Then I found this color by Sinful Colors Professional Nail Polish and completely fell in love with it. The green is quite a bit richer and it has a hint of sparkle.
I also find that Sinful Colors works really well on my soft and thin nails even better than the more expensive brands like OPI and Essie. Here are my nails after three days. Minimal chipping or peeling. Usually my polish peels off the next day because my soft nails are so flexible.

Anyone else like this brand as much as I do?

What I’m Lovin’…
I ran across this photo book project while browsing Facebook and I wanted to share it with you guys. I thought it was really inspiring.
“Lady19 is a photo book project dedicated to the inspiration of shapely woman. Visually combing a lady’s grace along with the allegory of the letter S being the 19th letter in the alphabet, the project aesthetic focuses on the natural curvaceous of the female form. Voluptuous women as being the ideal body image has long been the predominate thought throughout most of history. Lady19 is a collection of images continuing that appreciation.
The goal of the project is to complete a published book with video and online materials to support.”
Meet the co-founders.

What I’m Wearin’…
Welp! It’s the first full week of June! I think i’ll say “bye bye” to May by showing you guys my pics from Cinco de Mayo last month. They’re well overdue but I did want to show you guys a new trend I’ve remixed with inspiration from a new friend. Daytime sequins has been a trend for the past season and I’ve been killing it lately. However, I never thought to mix sequins and floral. Meet Katrice of MyVicariousLyfe pictured here with Trina of The Baby Shopaholic.
I met both of these ladies at an event in Atlanta and I knew that once I saw Katrice’s playful mix of floral and glam, I knew I had to try it. So here’s me in my sequins & floral.
I didn’t take any full body shots so here’s a polyvore that I made of something similar.
What do you think?
