This past weekend I traveled to beautiful Palmetto Bluff in South Carolina for the Music to Your Mouth Festival’s Culinary Fest.
Upon entering the pavilion, guests were treated with a souvenir wine glass, a tasting tray and a special gift from Audi, the festival's sponsor.

I started my day off with perhaps the best banana pudding that I’ve ever had from Bill Smith, Executive Chef of Crook’s Corner in North Carolina.
Orchid Paulmeier, Chef/Owner of One Hot Mama’s in Hilton Head South Carolina frying up quail eggs for her culinary creation!
