Swing Into New Things!

What I’m Wearin’…

Hey babies!  I’m back to regular posts! Work has been killing me but i’m still standing….for now….hahaha!  I’m still going to continue the 30 Day Photo Challenge in between my regular OOTD posts.

This is an outfit that I wore to a night out to dinner.  It was very comfortable believe it or not.  Someone also stopped me in the street and complimented me on my boots.  That’s always a plus!  I hope that you like it!

   What I’m Lovin’…

Well folks!  I’m so excited!  The lovely folks at Lane Bryant are allowing me to host a Girls’ Night Out!  I’ll be posting more information about this event closer to the date but here is the “skinny” for now!  (haha! no pun intended! **wink**)

The Date is February 13th, 2011 from 4:30 to 7:30.  There will be light refreshments and those who come and make a purchase will receive 30% off!   Woo hoo!

I’ll be sending e-vites on Facebook really soon, so be on the lookout!

Yeah!  The Dumpy Duchess is lovin’ that!!!

What I’m Hearin’…

Okay guys!  I dunno if you noticed but the address to this site has changed!  Yep, the girl has her own domain name! This will make it easier to spread the word!  So, instead of saying “visit me at blahblah.blahblah.blah.com”, I get to say “check me out at www.thedumpyduchess.com”  Yay!!  GOD is so amazin!  I swear I’m not arrogant but this Teyana Taylor song cracks me up!  Hope you enjoy it babes!

Many smoochie boochies to you all and I love you guys!  Don’t forget to “like” me on Facebook and catch me on Twitter and Lookville!!!

  1. I love all your photos. Hope you are having a good 2011 so far. I noticed that you are in the social service field. Before I got into the fashion and image business, I worked in a social service nonprofit and then in Child and Family Services in a county in Virginia. Would like to know what kind of social service work you do. Corey
