Could Blogging Be The Secret To Health?

“Blogging is more than just putting words out into the world on a carefully crafted website you designed and worked so hard on. Blogging is more than just writing content that you think is great or that you think people need to know about.”

If that sounds familiar, it’s because I made mention to it from a blog previously posted onto the site. In that article, the emphasis was on algorithms but the concept is totally transferable. Blogging is more than putting words on a document; it can also enhance your health too.

Whether it’s physical or mental, the art of blogging has it covered. This is how it can help you.

Venting

Mental health is just as important, if not more so, than your physical frame. People who are tired and stressed suffer from depression and that causes them to do things which are out of character. What you need is a way to relieve the tension and blogging is the ultimate release. Writing down your thoughts and feelings and sharing them with the world is a scary prospect yet it starts a conversation. And, that makes you feel as if you’re part of a community. Plus, it’s a job that pays and you’re the boss, so there’s no need to play office politics and deal with hating your career all the time.

Working Out

As well as feeling less motivated to exercise, commuting takes up valuable seconds of the day. Rather than being stuck in traffic, you could be doing something more productive. Because of the wait and the fact you are tired, you can’t be bothered when finally get home.  Exercising is more of a possibility as a blogger. Why? You have more time and you set your own hours.  If you want to finish early and exercise or go out for drinks or whatever, no one can stop you.

Nix the Commute

It goes without saying that when you commute to work, there is always a risk element. Whether you’re driving, cycling or walking, there’s a chance of an injury. Anyone involved in an accident can call these experienced attorneys and learn about the steps to take to recovery. Bloggers who are home at their desk don’t have to worry about these issues as they don’t have a commute.  Commuting also lends to fatigue and anxiety elements.  Sometimes you just want to get home and relax. But, there are also changes which happen inside the body that you may not even be aware of during long commutes. Research proves that driving more than ten miles per day can be associated with several health concerns. By avoiding the commute, bloggers can be feel safer in so many different ways.
