Some of us are always so focused on being out, rushing around, and doing anything but taking it slow. So, twice during the week and once on weekends, treat yourself to a long relaxing bath. Light a candle in your room and find a book to read. Sit for a couple of hours and simply stop. The world will pass by so quickly, but you’re not rushing around with it. All of that pressure on your mind and your internal systems will melt away, and you’ll soon start to feel great again!
