Having a lot of clutter in your house is bad for a lot of different reasons. It makes it more difficult to organize your life, it makes the house feel cramped, and it can affect your mental health. Possessions carry a mental weight and when we have too much useless junk in the house, it can have a negative impact on stress levels and mental health. A lot of those items may also have ties to a part of your life that you want to leave behind. If you have a clear out and get rid of the things that you don’t want or need, it’s a good way to get a fresh start, organize your life better, and improve your state of mind.
